Born in Saskatchewan, CA, living in the PNW (Pacific Northwest) since I was 4, I became Mom at the age of 17. Having grown up in a cult, giving birth to my first daughter right after graduating high school, married at 23, becoming a mom again at 24 & 25, I was forced to grow up quickly. The loss of a typical childhood & those years of personal discovery, have led me to want to talk openly & with genuine honesty about the choices we make that alter the course of our life. I love to tackle the deep conversations, the ones people try to ignore, knowing that these are the real truths that shape our future & the life we will live. I believe there’s so much we can do to shape the course of our life & I’m adamant it starts with being honest with yourself. 

I love music, travel, learning & laughing. Every day is a chance to grow, learn & change. If there’s one thing I hope to never loose, it’s my desire to be the best version of myself.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington by my parents Jay and Christina Frees... I grew to love simple human interaction at an early age. I always enjoyed talking and getting to know others. Whether it was lazy banter or deep diving into who they are and where they come from, I never turned down an opportunity to entertain a conversation. I am now 23 years old and after some 3 years of talking about starting a podcast with my mom, Christina, we finally decided to do it.

My mom and I are very similar in many ways. We both love music, travel, meeting new people, swearing and much more. Because we are so similar, we also butt heads a fair amount which creates a very entertaining relationship dynamic. We want this podcast to show people that it's okay to be yourself.

Life is hard... we all know this. Fortunately for us though, we are given reasons every day to keep going. I hope this podcast provides some form of reason for you to keep going!
